Noah's day at the dentist
Noah had his first ever teeth cleaning last Friday. He's been going to the dentist since he was a year old, but I was honestly surprised at how good he did. The assistant took him to get his x-rays done while I was still in the lobby filling out paperwork so I didn't get to see that, but he did what he was told and sat still. Then she took him and put him in the chair, leaned him back, put head phones on him and started Over The Hedge for him. I walked into the room right as she was walking out and poor Noah was stiff as a board, clutching onto that chair for dear life. He was staring straight up at the tv the whole time.
"This chair scares me, mom! Sit me up."
"Let's wait for the Doctor to come in."
"Okay."
Then he let the assistant clean and floss his teeth and he did everything they asked him to do. He's so big.
When he was done he got a Power Rangers toothbrush, a sandwich eraser and a sticky octopus. Definitely well-deserved for no cavities.
